Online GED
The General Education Development exam, or GED, was started in the United States after World War II. Its original intention was to be a bridge to college admission for those who were not able to complete high school before going off to war. Since that time, the GED has expanded greatly and is now offered throughout the U.S. and the world.
New twists on this old exam are the many online resources available for the GED. While it is not presently possible to take the exam online, it is possible to receive instruction and to study resources in that manner. This makes sense because the GED is made for students who, for whatever reason, were not able to earn a high school diploma and who are likely employed full-time. You learn what you need to learn on your schedule.
